We are applying for poa for a relative with zero capacity and have been told we need to complete a COP 24. There are 3 applicants , do we need to do a COP24 each or will one between the three suffice?
Thank you

Not sure what a COP24 is but you can't get POA for someone with zero capacity. You need to go through the courts

Do you mean a court of protection application, if so yes it's one per applicant, and one fee per applicant. It's not the same as power of attorney applications

Hi @gogohm , yes it’s the court of protection, it’s been a nightmare so far !
