1st time trying ovulation strips..help

Hi I'm looking for advice, I had a chemical pregnancy in July then after my bleed in July I've not had a period since so I've started taking conceive plus ovulation support and bought some strips so today I used my strips for the first time and I got 2 lines, I know sometimes two lines is still a negative..any experts help me on this result if this is negative or positive ovulation result?

The control line is closest to the green.
On your strip, the control line is much darker than the test line.
So this is a negative test.

I HATE ovulation strips. I literally never, ever got a positive reading.

Does the fainter line mean I'm close to ovulating but not quite there yet or do they always come up like that whenever? Should it get darker as they days go on? Sorry I'm new to all this
