WhatsApp change? Have they stopped you seeing last online if you aren’t in contacts?

I think this change has been made during today? Anyone else noticed it?

It’s a thing the individual sets, under privacy

It's a setting under a user's account. It's not new. I use it on my account. No-one can see when I was last online nor can I see when anyone else was last online.

I don’t think I was clear. I think they have changed the default. You used to be able to see anyones unless they had turned it to no one or just contacts. Now I think the default is contacts.
