Why does this keep happening? Psychic or something else?

I keep having feelings about things that mostly turn out to be accurate. An example was at the weekend, driving to meet a friend and I just sensed they would bring up marriage to their recent partner. I sort of imagined what she would say and then sure enough when I arrived within minutes she was saying almost exactly that.

This has happened a few times to me, for example I’ve had a feeling someone was going to end a relationship and then a day later I’ve heard it’s ended. Or someone is going to hand notice in at work then a couple of days later they do.

It’s starting to bother me a bit! I also keep seeing the same number everywhere but having looked it up I can’t see meaning behind it (probably because there is none )

I don’t usually believe in things like this but someone recently said it linked to the secret? I’ve not read it.

Just a general musing really :)

This happens to me a lot. I’ve no idea what it is, but it’s such a buzz!

@FabriqueBelgique it’s so strange isn’t it!! I start to feel apprehensive when I’ve got something in my head as I don’t like it when it happens! I can’t say I feel the buzz 😂

Not uncommon. Don’t worry about it.

Your intuition is telling you what is going on. You have identified subtle clues and your brain is putting together patterns in the background.

It means you're intuitive. If someone is stamping around scowling I can guess that they'll snap at me if I talk to them. You can clearly pick up on much subtler signals than me! But it doesn't sound like you've predicted anything truly random like a car crash or a lottery win, there will have been signs that your friend was loved up, or your colleague was unhappy at work, and you're good at predicting how those people will react in those situations.

I've had this in the past but I don't get it very often now. In the past, when the house phone rang I knew it was a friend I'd not spoken to for two years, so I picked it up ad said 'Hi Y,' before she'd spoken. And I knew two people were pregnant before they did. I just blurted out, 'You're pregnant' and then they discovered they were. Also once a friend bought a strip of raffle tickets at a dinner and was handing them out, and as she passed one to me, I thought, 'Oh good, because that's the one that will win X prize.' And it did. All with a weird sense of inevitability.

The Secret suggests you can control this stuff. I have tried but not succeeded. I think the trick is to be very relaxed. Are you a relaxed person?

Does it come with a sense of intense calmness with you? A sense of knowing something will happen rather than imagining it happening or guessing it might, if that distinction makes sense. I love it. I wish I had it more often. It does suggest you have strong intuition.
