Is anyone else having issues with their Broadband? I'm with BT but also have the Hybrid Connect as it is SUPPOSED to act as a back up in the event that Broadband goes down. However, despite having the Hybrid, I STILL can't get Broadband. I've been trying to get through to BT FOR HOURS. and I'm slowly losing the will to live. I'm in the Chester area. Anyone else??
