I've just discovered real-time "Track package".

This may not be a good thing.

Close enough I could have seen it as it came out the junction.

But no. It turned right, not left.

I had this happen once when UPS misrouted the package. I had to call the sender (Amazon in this case) and get them to call UPS to sort it, as they were the shipper of record.

Can you have a look for me and see where my Lakeland parcel is. They say they have sent it to Hermes, Hermes website says they are waiting for it..........I don’t know who to believe.

When did Lakeland send it? Normally when the warehouse creates the label to send it you'll get a notification. It's probably going to Hermes tonight if you've ordered it since Friday

I do this with the deliveroo rider. I get irrationally excited. I live in the middle of a complex web of narrow streets and I'm sure it was just the GPS going haywire but he was jumping erratically all over the place.

Girlmom21 Lakeland email dated the 2nd. I am not panicking yet, I know there are about a billion parcels in transit atm.

Never believe a word that Hermes day. They consistently send me a delivery time slot notification AFTER that timeslot has elapsed. Useful.

Happened to me with DPD twice. First time the driver delivered to our NDN's shed. Second time the driver either couldn't find us/couldn't be arsed and it went back to the depot 20 miles away never to be seen again!

My son had his parcel delivered on time I won't dispute that, BUT it was sent to the right street in a completely different town. The photo of the front garden was very interesting! (Hermes you know what I mean!)
