Please recommend some good quality earplugs.

I have a perforated eardrum - hopefully healing slowly - and the doctor has said it's very important to keep my ear as dry as possible. So I need plugs that will provide a good watertight seal - must also be washable and reusable. I've been using cotton wool balls smeared with Vaseline but it's becoming tiresome. I'd be especially interested to hear recommendations from ENT specialists and audiologists.

Thankyou.

Can't remember what they're called but a blue waxy one from boots are absolutely amazing. Like a light blue sort of hard gel. Incredible!

Any silicone ear plugs, you can buy packs online I wash them, they last ages you can also break them up to fit your ear.
