Is there a scheme where low income families can get free or low price masks ?

Are disposable one use ones better or are cotton reusable ones as good as obviously more cost effective ? But there’s still that initial outlay

Amazon sell boxes of kids masks. Can they use snoods so they have them on and no lose them ?
