I’ve had absolutely no issues on eBay until now!
Sold boots last week, posted them tracking says delivered- it wasn’t signed for if that makes a difference but I’ve still got the standard parcel tracking.
Buyer claims not received.
We were messaging and I was going to contact RoyalMail.
However now they’ve given me negative feedback and frankly I’m less inclined to help them now!
What do I do?
