Boxing Day Buffet

We're going to be away for Christmas this year but some friends will be visiting us on Boxing Day. We will have limited cooking facilities so please could you all give me some ideas for easy but festive buffet food?

A large grazing board with several cheeses, cold cuts, pâtés, relishes, chutneys, pickles, grapes, fig halves, crusty bread, cheese biscuits….

Or….

Roast ham, jacket potatoes, Christmas slaw, bread rolls, glazed sausages, apple sauce.

Love the idea of a mixture of both. Wouldn't have thought of jacket potatoes so think I'll do some mini ones. It's a tiny oven so that I could manage. Thank you.
