I think I reversed into a parked car now what?

Hi,
I was reversing put of a parking space today and heard a slight bang I got out and looked at both my car and the one behind and could see nothing im not even sure I did hit the car as I had lots of stuff in the back rolling about. There were two witnesses who I noticed took down my reg and I went over to speak to them and they came with me to look at the other car and agreed that they couldn't see any damage I asked them if I should leave a note and they said they wouldn't bother. So I left. No I'm worried!

If there’s no damage at all I really wouldn’t give it a second thought. Three people checked carefully so the owner wouldn’t even know.

Why did they take down your reg and then say there was no damage. Its good manners to leave a note. D

It's because they heard the noise. I was going to but I wasn't sure if I actually hit it I didn't feel anything and after looking the witnesses didn't think I had either
