trainline.com - tearing my bloody hair out!

Has anyone had a problem with their trainline.com booking and had to try and sort it out? How on earth do I contact them?

I can't find my confirmation email to get the booking reference to collect my tickets. The 'help' section on the website says if you can't find the confirmation email then use the tickets for the booking reference. I haven't got the bloody tickets as I need the reference from the confirmation email!

What the hell can I do? Just write off the £100 and start again? I think not... 😠

Have you checked your train line account under tickets?

Has the money actually left your account?

The information will be in the "my tickets" section of your account or on the app.

Thank you! God, I'm stupid sometimes... never thought to check the app... have now downloaded it and the tickets are there Blush

Although in my defence, they weren't in the 'my tickets' section of the website. Anyhow, all is now good 😁

I couldn't download my tickets yesterday and had to forward to a friend. I was mighty pissed off and that was only a fiver!
