Has anyone had a problem with their trainline.com booking and had to try and sort it out? How on earth do I contact them?
I can't find my confirmation email to get the booking reference to collect my tickets. The 'help' section on the website says if you can't find the confirmation email then use the tickets for the booking reference. I haven't got the bloody tickets as I need the reference from the confirmation email!
What the hell can I do? Just write off the £100 and start again? I think not... 😠
