DP is on his way home, he’s making a pit stop at the shop.

What’s everyone having, I can’t decide?!

Take-away pizza. I put up the Christmas tree, we always have take-away pizza on that day every year.

Pasta with chopped tomatoes, chilli, tuna, artichoke hearts and peas. Yep - a 'raid the cupboard for tins' meal. This is day three of the same thing 🙄

Vegetarian sausage casserole and mashed potato. Double cream in the mash!

Rice Krispie chicken. Coat chicken pieces in mayo, then coat with crushed Rice Krispies. Bake for 35 mins @200 then serve in wraps with shredded lettuce etc

Far more delicious than you'd think!

Cheese and pickle toastie made in a breville toastie machine :-) I was cold and tired and it was the easiest and most comforting option!

Corned beef hash with a suet crust, just like my nana used to make. Made 10 portions so it'll do the 5 of us 2 teas. Perfect for a winter's night.
