I ordered a Ninja Foodi in the Black Friday sale on Monday. According to their website, I should have received it on the 30th. However, it’s still marked as “pending dispatch” on their website. I’ve tried asking customer services via their website and via Twitter DM- no reply. They were quick enough to take the money out of my account.
Has any body got any experience of dealing with Thai company? I don’t really want to cancel my order but am a bit flummoxed
