Peri-meno so constantly boiling but need to abide by the rules. Any recommendations on a face mask which won't make me feel like I'm suffocating?! Thanks.

Poundland used to do a very thin breathable one. Probably doesn't do a whole lot but has to be better than nothing.
Otherwise generally the blue disposable ones are more breathable especially if you dont fully tighten it around your nose.

The blue NHS ones can be washed a good few times

I have a silk one from Etsy, really breathable and lightweight.

Tesco sell some good ones called Step Ahead, alot of the staff there wear them, l find those the easiest to breath through.

Can you sew? There are tutorials for pleated masks on YouTube. Polycotton is a good fabric to use.

Can't sew unfortunately. Will have a look for chiffon and silk, thanks!
