Wet underwear - not pregnant

Hello, looking for advice. I often have wet knickers if I don't wear a panty liner - I am 37, not pregnant. Not sure if it is discharge or leaking urine. It doesn't have a particular smell and I am not itchy and don't have any other obvious signs or symptoms of what it could be. And it's definitely worse in the summer. Help?

Really, you need to speak to your doctor. It sounds like you've got a weak bladder but I'm not a medic.

Have you had children? It's common to have incontinence though you should see your dr anyway

Go and see your doctor but it might be that you need to do pelvic floor exercises. I've always done them and they do work.
