At risk of suspension with eBay but can't see a reason why?!

I'm confused. I keep getting messages from eBay (legit ones) saying my account is below the minimum selling standard and I'm at risk of suspension but when I check I can't see anything wrong. I keep getting postage feedback.
I had 1 negative 6 months ago and have over 1000 positives.

Anyone had this before?

No idea. But my FIL was banned and had only ever bought a couple of bits on there and never sold anything. If you can get through on the phone they are pretty helpful - depending on who you get.

Can you switch to a personal rather than business account? Or something to do with this?

Their customer service people on Twitter are usually pretty helpful, I'd ask there

Look at your seller dashboard. That will tell you where your weak area is. They look at the scores you get for

If any of those go below their limits your account is at risk.
