Are John Lewis/Waitrose not dispatching orders?

I have two separate orders with JL and one with Waitrose Cellar which do not appear to have budged in about a week. Is there a problem with their deliveries at the moment? Anyone else having issues?

I ordered some items from JL this week. One has arrived. The other items I can't track, after 3 days, suggesting they are not with the courier yet. Hmm. A bit odd.

I just had a John Lewis order and it took more time than usual to arrive.

I had a click and collect due to pick up on Tuesday and have just had the text to say it’s arrived. TBF they did email to say it would be late. I imagine they have been overrun with their Black Friday deals

I did a big JL order at the weekend. It said it would arrive sometime in 10 days and didn't give me the option to pick or pay for a nominated day. It all turned up yesterday (in a million different boxes). I think they're trying to stagger the deliveries and give themselves some flex.

I'm having the same problem with an order (a Christmas tree!!) from Marks & Spencer!!
