Chicken soup!

Sorry if this is in the wrong place.

I’m making chicken soup just to use up some wrinkly veg.
If I add a dash of double cream, can I still freeze it? Or is it not recommended to freeze cream?

You can freeze it with cream but it might make the texture grainy when defrosted. You could always add the cream once it's defrosted.

I’ve frozen leftover cream in ice cube trays - dh is the only one who likes it, so there’s often some left. Always fine.
