I ordered 2 of their beauty advent calendars for my DDs as a special treat given the rubbish time they have had recently.
Yesterday I received one, no invoice/ receipt in box.
I have tried all day to get in touch, messenger, Twitter, website which only directs to sm. There was an option to chat online, first time I was cut off halfway through, now it just says no staff available.
Am vfrustratedand wondered if anyone had any advice?
