FACEBOOK - why wont it let me join Groups as my Business page?

Niece has set up a business FB page and wants to join groups, however it wont let her join as her page it is only letting her join as her personal page. I am an admin on it and I cant see where it's gone wrong.

Would it be somewhere at the stage of when she set up the business page - is there something in Settings that needs to change.

It's not something you can control as a business page owner. FB group admins have the choice whether to let people post as their business page in a group or not. Many of us choose not to allow it because we don't want businesses advertising in our groups - either because they are linked to our own businesses or because it can be downright annoying.

Yes but the groups she's joining allow businesses to join

Sometimes you have to leave the group as an individual first, then join as a page, then rejoin as an individual.
