Can anyone help me fix this annoying phone problem

Argh! It’s driving me bonkers!

This weekend I flew with Norwegian air and accessed their onboard WiFi. Since then about 75% of the time I try to open a web page on my phone I get this pop up (the address bar says wifi.norweigian.com)

I then need to open a new page and try 7-15 times to access the link I want without this coming up. It’s driving me MAD! Any ideas on how to stop it?

Here's how:
On the Home screen, tap Settings. The Settings app appears.
Tap Wi-Fi. iPhone opens the Wi-Fi Networks screen.
Tap the Ask to Join Networks switch to Off. Your iPhone no longer prompts you with nearby networks. Whew!

Thank you but it’s still doing it!

It’s not a nearby network as it was when I was on a plane but it’s still making that webpage come up. So frustrating
