Anyone got the morphy richards hot water dispenser or breville brita one cup or casa. Any views as alternative to boiling water tap.

We were very happy with our breville one cup for water temp and energy efficiency but it needed refilling too often and didnt have water filter incorporated and we are in hard water area. Hence looking for an alternative with bigger capacity. Thanks

I have always wanted one of these since I had one in Japan:

They are popular all over the Far East and there’s loads of brands. Amazon or an oriental supermarket might have them?

Not sure if this helpful or not...

I had the breville one cup (hard water area), I didn't mind constantly refilling it but the linescale was hard to shift, and even treating it regularly, I ended up with floating bits in my tea. So we got a quooker tap and a water softener installed. The quooker is pricey but you get instant hot water, it also does filtered, chilled, still and sparkling water. And the water softener has got rid of annoying limescale in the whole house, as well as making my hair feel much lighter and cleaner.

thanks but i think with that the water gets reboiled for example when you top up with cold water which i dont want. I am used to the breville that just boils what you need ie 200ml for a cup but just want larger capacity so it can be filled less often.
