Tax free childcare and Universal credit

I claim Universal credit (I work nearly full time) and in the holidays claim for childcare costs. EX DH was asking about signing up to tax free childcare as he may need to use a holiday scheme during his weeks. Obviously I wouldn't claim for weeks he paid for but can he use the scheme for his weeks or is it only one claim per child?

So long as you arent claiming for the same hours it should be ok. So say the six weeks holiday you are claiming for 3 weeks childcare through UC. How he covers his three weeks is up to him
