Trying to conceive with ENDO

I have been trying to conceive for over 7 years. I have tried all natural methods. I was monitoring my period, taking vitamins, eating healthy, etc. After a year of unsuccessful attempts, and turning 42 ... I decided to visit a clinic that was recommended to me and let the specialist study my case. I finally got my Dx and to my surprise it was ENDO. To be honest, I don't know what to do. I am very lost. I'm sure that I want to be a mother, but is it possible for me to get pregnant naturally? Who goes / went through the same? Now I am really considering IVF or going straight to egg donation due to my age ... I am going to start the ovarian reserve tests, follicle count, etc to see how I am and to see what treatment they recommend. Someone with a similar situation? Thank you

Hi OP, I have endometrities . You have to be very careful with Endo and ectopic pregnancies ( I have had 2 because of scaring in my fallopian tubes and also a twisted ovary) However getting a GP to send you for exploratory surgery is like finding hens teeth.

We had IVF but honestly you need to move quick, it can be a long process - especially if you are looking for the NHS to fund it.

Also be wary about the clinic you choose for your egg count ect.. I went to private one and was told my egg count was basically zero and I was to think about adoption instead. I was devastated. Then out of the blue I got an NHS appointment and just went along with it and their findings were totally different. We had two girls through IVF.

Hi Op, sorry to hear you are going through this. I have 2 friends who both went for surgery to remove the thick lining and scar tissue and they both conceived v soon after. One has 3 children whilst the other has just had her first. Wishing you the best of luck!

Thank you very much for your answers!! I'm sure I don't want to waste any more time and I need to move forward. At my age, women who do not have any health problems find it difficult to get pregnant. For this reason, I am aware that I have to make a decision quickly. I have savings that I want to spend on treatment. Could you recommend a good clinic for me?
I am looking for an experienced clinic that works with some European egg bank to have a wide choice when it comes to donor selection. I am from Poland and my husband is Irish. The doctor said that in my case, egg donation is the most appropriate treatment for us and will give us chance of fulfilling our dream of being parents. When I get confirmation from others specialists, pretty sure I will try FET and stop wasting my time.
