My cousin messaged earlier to say she is annoyed the school play, Christmas fair and staff party were off 'due to Covid'. She is the Headteacher. Hoping not too many schools follow suit.

Does feel like we're institutionalised to waves of lockdown now. Like it is the only way folk know how to live now.

You only get why that term is used if you feel like some people are enjoying the pandemic or at least encouraging misery during the pandemic, rather than just enduring these times.
