My nose is cold. In fact I'm freezing!

I'm so bloody cold. I have a duvet and quilted throw over it. I have a heat tech polo neck jumper and leggings on but my nose is cold. How do you keep your nose warm?!
I'm hungry but it's too cold to go get food.

You need an electric blanket. Im star fishing on one as we speak (nose still cold though 🥴)

I had a freezing cold nose on the school pickup, it's given me a Headache that has still not shifted so completely understand how you feel!
I must say though I put a cotton face mask on and that at least warmed my nose and face up.
I know you don't want to get out of bed but I boiled some water, put a spoon of Vicks in it and sat and inhaled the vapour for a good 12/15 minutes.

More layers.

A thin jumper or cardigan on top of what you've got and a hoodie? Cosy Dressing gown? Fleece? Joggers over your leggings?

Keeping the back of my neck and shoulders warm is key for me.

Yes I'm going to have to get up. I don't have socks on which is a definite error. I could add more clothes and find a fleece blanket.

One of my children has an electric blanket. I did think of getting one but wonder how much they cost to run.

Can you knit or crochet? You need to make yourself one of these.

When I reach that point, moving is the only thing that works for me (sorry!)

Electric throws are peanuts to run.

Electric blankets have low running costs. I couldn't be without that in my life. That and teddy bear fleece bedding.
