Whether or not we have lockdowns /restrictions is up to politicians. The PM will be the one who announces these and if they are due to happen then he's supposed to brief the Commons first L.

That football thing was hilarious. He so clearly felt it clarified the situation, but whereas I'm fine with the science, he might as well have been talking Greek with the football. His seriousness was the best bit.

Yes!!!

I understand all the science perfectly, can read journal articles, understand stats etc.

Whittering about injuries and subs and yellow cards genuinely baffles me though in quite a delightful way.

I liked how one of the other speakers said something like “back to JVT”, rather than Dr Van Tam or even Johnathon. Is he Dr even? Mr? Prof?
