Online shopping - asda or Tesco?

Royally pissed off at asda, no food in the house as was relying on delivery. It hasn’t turned up. I havnt eaten all day. Not the first time this has happened with asda! They’re SHIT

Is Tesco any better?

I've had a no show with Asda, and one where none of my fresh and frozen stuff arrived, just a couple of bags of packets and tins.
Never had it happen with Tesco.

Oh, and meant to say when I phoned Asda they did sort a priority rebook at no cost.

We've used Tesco ever since first lockdown. They are so good and so reliable I just can't give up this wonderful service. Really can't fault it.
The delivery drivers are all lovely too.

We use asda and never had a problem. Have used all of the main supermarkets for delivery and we prefer Asda or Morrisons.

Also had a no show with Asda. Never had an issue with Tesco and use them weekly.

Tesco are fab I occasionally order from Asda but always regret it same problems as you. Never had a order cancelled 🤞and when they have been late I have been given a voucher. Customer service is great.

My very first order with Tesco was cancelled and never came! They did however send me a £10 voucher but not great when you've just got off holiday on a Sunday and have an empty fridge with packed lunches needed for Monday

I've never had a problem with Asda.

We’ve used Tesco for years and they have been fantastic, without exception. I’ve tried all the others but always return to Tesco.

I've always found Tesco really good. Have never used Asda - feel like they're a bit low rent.

I have to say Asda has been the worst of all supermarkets I’ve ordered from, terrible! Tesco’s the best and Sainsbury’s pretty good too. Asda I won’t even order from.

Think it depends on the area. Used Asda when we lived elsewhere and they were fine, now use tesco (south London) and never had a problem with them, the one Asda order I tried here went wrong.
