I just wondered if anyone else has had problems with John Lewis deliveries this Christmas?
I ordered 3 items and only 2 were delivered (collected at a Waitrose store).
Similar delivery problems happened last year. I received all the wrong items.. it was someone else's delivery!! (but with my name on it).
The lady in the Waitrose store said today they have had quite a few issues with incorrect deliveries lately. She claimed they have new staff over the Christmas period who often pick the wrong items to put in an order!
Currently on hold to John Lewis to try and sort it out. 20 minutes on hold so far. My thoughts are that the people in the telephone queue in front of me are having the same problems hehe.
So.. anyone else having these problems with JL?!
