How do you know which vitamin brands are good quality but reasonably priced?

I’ve run out of my multivitamin that I usually get from Solgar and have been wondering if some of the cheaper brands are just as good. I only picked Solgar because they give off an authentic vibe, but I’m just guessing really. I’d like to get some Omega 3 krill oil too, any advice?

Best thing to do is check the ingredients, a lot of the cheaper ones have lots of filler ingredients and low dose of the actual vitamins.

I think just check the ingredients. I think often own brand ones contain the same thing as the more expensive brands, similar to paracetamol etc. where it's the same thing, but the brand name adds £4 to the price.
