Parcel from Hermes my address unknown name

Had a Hermes delivery today, my address but a name I don't know. I can call the company the products are from tomorrow but anything else I could do?

It might be a neighbour and the house number is incorrect.

Ask on Next Door or your local Facebook group if anyone is expecting a parcel. Don’t hand it over until they tell you where it’s from.
