British Airways voucher question

If you cancel your trip with BA which includes seat reservations you've paid for, and request a voucher, does anyone know if your seat reservations are included in the voucher? I can't seem to find anywhere what happens about this bit.

This is what I could find on the BA website:

What happens if you've paid extra for seating or baggage?

If you’ve paid extra for seating, the value will be included with your Future Travel Voucher and the amount paid can be used towards the value of a new booking. If you booked through a travel agent, and booked your seating directly with British Airways then you or your travel agent can contact us to apply the seating credit to the new booking.

If you’ve paid extra for baggage, either directly through us or your travel agent, the amount will be refunded back to you.
