I feel exhausted, but that's because I am exhausted. I don't sleep well, work is busy and stressful, I am separating from my DH, I have had health issues and it gets to Friday and I just feel on the verge of collapse. I'm trying to be kind to myself - spending time with friends, pampering, long walks in nature, exercise - but it's not really helping. Any other suggestions for how to get un-burnt out?
