Colposcopy can't find abnormal cells

Hello,

Just wondering if anyone has had anything similar to my strange situation. Been testing positive for HPV and low grade abnormal cells for 10 years. Never needed treatment. In February 2021 it finally came back as CIN 2 (moderate high grade). However at the colposcopy they couldn't find any abnormal cells so did biopsies. These came back as normal!! They discussed me at MDT and decided to do cold coagulation treatment. I've just had my smear after 6 months follow up and that's come back as HPV positive CIN 2 again. Meaning they just can't seem to find the abnormal cells to get rid of!! The next step will be a LLETZ but I'm scared they will take more normal tissue and miss the bad cells
