Day out/weekend recommendations

Can anyone recommend a family day out/weekend that is open around the 8th January. Both Peppa Pig world and Legoland are closed! Thanks!

Where are you and how far do you want to travel? Monkey World in Dorset (bit further on from Peppa Pig World) is open in January usually and it’s a good time to go as the cold means they stick more in the houses so easier to see. They also do local discounts depending on how local you are.

Location would have helped! Sorry! I’m in Essex but happy to travel for a couple of hours and make a weekend of it. Dorset is a bit too far for us but thanks for the idea.
