Anyone else experienced this sensation?

Occasionally I get what I can only describe as intense pins and needles in my head. Not on my scalp or cranium, but inside my brain. Not a sound but a sensation. I have to stop what I’m doing. Makes me feel dizzy. Lasts about 30secs.
I cannot find references to it anywhere.
I do have visual migraine about once a year.
Anyone else?

I've had that - it sort of zips along the top of my head inside my skull. For me, it's an early sign that I'm about to get a belter of a migraine.

I get this sometimes if I turn my head too fast. The pain is like crackling brain freeze but in a particular spot above my ear on the right side.

I have been experiencing this for last couple of weeks - can’t work out what is causing it but feel very strange for 30 secs and then everything kicks back in.
