Seriously pissed off with them and so far, absolutely do not recommend anyone uses them!
Made an order just over 7w ago with an 8-14 day delivery time from that date.
Took a week to dispatch, then only dispatched half the order then it went missing. They agreed to send out another via different courier as admitted they sent it out with the wrong courier.
Sent it out again with same courier, this time the whole order but it never actually seemed to make it to the courier so contacted again.
Sent it out again by the same courier, again, sent half the order, it has gone missing again and they are refusing to deal with it. I’ve made 14 phone calls about it - 2 today which one resulted in them being incredibly rude and then putting the phone down and have said wait a few weeks then see.
They are bordering on Virgin Mobile equivalent of shot service at this point
