I have some important letters that will hopefully make a huge difference to my case, if I post them to the family court with my case number on the envelope will the court staff give this to the judge on the day?

Are you representing yourself in this case. All correspondents should be put into your case file for the beginning of the Court case BUT please be aware that each side in the case must make full disclosure to the other side in the case. If the other parties turn up to Court and have not had the opportunity to read the letters you then present in the case, then an adjournment will be requested by the other side in order that they can read them and prepare their side of the argument regarding the contents of the letters. Hope this helps. Good luck with your hearing xx

Because its domestic abuse, I've got two letters from the police that have been suitably redacted to protect my whereabouts.. These were going to be posted to the court.. Would this be ok to do?
