Bleach turned shower orange?!

So I had some tiny bits of mould and shoved some bleach around the shower
Came back and the bleach running down is now orange?! Any idea why this would happen it's also stained the shower tray

What bleach was it?

Domestos thick I think, just standard bleach
I was only trying to remove a bit of mould from the sealant

You're better with a mould and mildew remover e.g. dettol

I usually do that but had run out so I was doing the bleach soaked in toilet paper trick along the edges but that's out the window now as I would rather not have a luminous orange shower

This is happening from my hot water bath tap! I am thinking it's a reaction with limescale (calcium and magnesium) and I'll just give it a scrub with some white vinegar or lemon juice.
