It started in my back and is now under my arms and in one breast. Any contact, touching, leaning on etc feels like prickly and painful? Started two days ago in a small patch on my back, I thought I'd grazed the skin, but nothing visible and spreading. Never had anything like it and it's such a weird symptom to phone a doctor about!
