Hi there - new to Mumsnet! Desperately seeking advice on 8 month sleep regression - DS just turned 8 months and keeps waking between 4-5am for over an hour and each night is getting harder and harder to settle. Routine I’m still trying to follow and what I had in place before is:
7 - wake and bottle
8ish - breakfast
9.30 - 10 - Nap
10.30 - bottle
11:30/45 - lunch
12.30 - nap (1.5 hours but sometimes only 1hr 15 mins)
2/2.30 - bottle
4/4.30 - 15/20 minute power nap
5.30/5.45 - dinner (only recently introduced)
6ish - bath
6.45 - bottle
7 - bed
He’s a very active baby, always on the go and seems currently still to only be able to stay awake 2 hours - max 2.5 before getting tired.
At my wits end so would appreciate any tips/comments or recommendations regarding his routine!
