Anyone having trouble printing Royal Mail returns labels?

I'm trying to print a returns label to send something back to M&S, on the Royal Mail website. I keep inputting my details and address etc, then when I click on create label, it just returns to the first page again. Is it just me or is there a problem with the Royal Mail website? I've done the same procedure plenty of times before and never had this problem before.

Not today, but had exactly the same problem about 10 days ago trying to print 2 different company labels. Left it until the next day and it worked fine, so assumed it just be a RM website issue.

Ah, at least it isn't just me then! Sadly I can't do the QR code thing as I bought the items as a guest so I don't have an account to log into.

Yes, couple of weeks ago with M&S also.
Spent ages messing around, so opted for Hermes collection instead no problems with their labels.
