After three pregnancies in 2 years my hair...

Is falling out, thick and fast.

I have pretty much been pregnant or breastfeeding throughout the past 2 years (second pregnancy ended in a late loss) but now I've stopped breastfeeding my youngest my hair is literally falling out in thick clumps

I usually have long thick hair (even pre pregnancy) people have said my hair would start falling out but I didn't expect this much. I know there a bigger things to worry about but this is actually stressing me out more than I thought it would

Is there any treatments or advice that could help?

I have an ombré dye, nothing is dyed at the roots. I get it cut every 8 weeks, I wash it every 2-3 days (I rely on lots of dry shampoo) I probably straighten it twice a week (rest of the times it's up in a bun)

I use argon oil shampoo and conditioner or head and shoulders.

If it's relevant I'm extremely iron deficient and in lots of iron tablets a day and I take plenty of vitimans and I eat well
