For a long time I've felt this applied to me, been inspired by Melanie Sykes and Christine McGuines. All the online tests put me at 95% plus and should pursue a diagnosis. Has any one in real life fine it and it benefitted you? I think it would give
Mpe some clarity around my life.

Had my diagnosis in my twenties and it was a revelation, completely worth it. It made me feel so validated, and that I had a reason for everything that i had struggled with growing up. It improved my mental health so much just getting the diagnosis.

It has also helped me with access to support in work and at university (I'm a part time postgrad student).
