Good habit apps

I struggle with anxiety and general overwhelm a bit, in particular in the run up to my period. I know what I ought to be doing to help myself

  • more water
  • less caffeine
  • less sugar
  • more proper exercise
  • less social media
  • etc

But I find it impossible to stick to anything. Can anyone recommend any particular habit apps for this sort of thing? There's so many out there and typically I am feeling overwhelmed by the options.

Have you read the book atomic habits? That's really really good for ideas to help sustain habits and make them stick.
