I struggle with anxiety and general overwhelm a bit, in particular in the run up to my period. I know what I ought to be doing to help myself
- more water
- less caffeine
- less sugar
- more proper exercise
- less social media
- etc
But I find it impossible to stick to anything. Can anyone recommend any particular habit apps for this sort of thing? There's so many out there and typically I am feeling overwhelmed by the options.
