I’ve always just had cheap pillows, but decided I want some nice ones . The cheap ones just go flat and lumpy.

So looking around had a bit of a shock at prices, up to 200 and more.

I am a back sleeper and my partner side .

I’m seeing adjustable pillows and also ones that work for both .

I had a SiMBA and hated it. I bought a tempur classic from the outlet centre in Swindon. It was £50. It is the best pillow I've ever had. I also like the My Panda life ones as well.

On the back of one of these threads I bought a reylon pillow a couple of months ago it was £75 but I'm paying for it in 3 installments with PayPal. All good so far and I've no complaints I sleep on my side and my back and it's good for either.

All of my pillows are Hungarian Goose Feather & Down. Can't bear anything else.

These are really good value and very nice. www.next.co.uk/style/st997089/A76879#A76879

I recently bought a new pillow for side sleeping from Dunelm for £18.00 and no word of a lie it is the best pillow I have ever had. I used to need two pillows but this one by itself is just so comfy - I thoroughly recommend. They also sell pillows for back sleepers too. Worth a look if you don't want to spend too much.

Dunlopillo. Amazing. Bought it quite a few years ago so worth every penny. It was 60 or 70 pound. Shows no sign of wear yet. I had the same issue which was just never having a decent pillow.

Ostryga · 23/11/2021 18:19

Yep duck/goose feather or down here too. Amazing have a great pair for £18 I really rate.

Yip, latex all the way - dunlopillo are great-you need one high profile for side sleeper & one low profile for a back sleeper

Gruffalogrinch · 23/11/2021 18:35

Daisy do you mind sharing a link to your pillow from Dunelm. Thank you.

WrinklesShminkles · 23/11/2021 19:12

Dunlopillow are now Relyon latex pillows. Will be the best £75 you ever spent Smile

I have the Panda pillow (they're about £25 in Costco at the moment) and I LOVE it.

I'm a restless sleeper and hesitated to buy one, but honestly I got so sick of replacing pillows every six months because they got battered. This pillow is SO comfy, and because it's memory foam it's not possible for me to batter it into lumps! I've tried M&S, Next as well as Silent Night and cheaper generic ones. They're all flat and not comfy really quickly.

It doesn't smell and it isn't too hot, although I do use a silk pillowcase.

Highly recommend.
