What lost things will I find in my garage?

It's an absolute midden. Moved in 5 years ago and have just piled god knows what in there since. There are layers, a bit like strata, and I can vaguely guess where things I remember I've put in there might be eg left bottom corner is things dumped there from moving in (still), mid right wall are boxes from when I re-did the kitchen, but I am sure there is lots I have genuinely forgotten I even had.

I'm about to commence a pre Christmas clear out- what do you reckon I will unearth?!

I feel like an archaeologist, I might need a utility vest and tools.

In a recent sort out of my attic I found half a fruit cake, a pot plant (long deceased) and some missing school uniform. Put boxes up there after a move marked with labels like ski equipment by the removal company... and they weren't!

Many years'-worth of bills & bank statements that you thought you'd already got rid of

The instructions for several now-deceased domestic appliances

A tin of random screws, allen keys and other metal bits & bobs

Several bottles of flat lemonade

A suitcase with clothes inside, all of which have now gone mouldy

All the extension cords.

Hamster cage
A phone
Mouldy lump of old Christmas cards
Rusty old exercise bike

My parents found 15+ half used cans of car de-icer.

I've just spotted the old dishwasher! Thought I got rid of it when doing the kitchen but nope, it was underneath an old pair of curtains, the cat carrier and a plastic box full of Wellingtons, none of which fit anyone in my house.

Have you found the rug with the mysterious stain on it yet?

@IsolaPribby I didn't see that thread but I could have written it- no idea where the ironing board is but presume it's in the garage somewhere.

How can a person lose an ironing board?! It's so big! But alas so is the mess in the garage so I live in hope that it is there somewhere.

@RobertClementHughes if I remember correctly, the ironing board was missing from an immaculate flat, which made it all the more strange!

If it's anything like my garage, you will probably find the skeleton of a long dead body, there's that much stuff in it.
