I don’t think there were many members of the public who thought it was a good idea to release him.
He killed those two girls in the most awful way possible but also got a work colleague to take a blood test in his name so that he wouldn’t be caught.
Given his deviousness as well as him committing such acts of evil he should never have been released and never should be.
The families of the victims were vociferous in their distress and upset at him being released and their feelings should be taken into consideration.
I would like the parole board that thought it was ok foe him to be released to be publicly named and then sacked.
It’s fortunate that the police were keeping tabs on him that he didn’t rape or murder another young girl.
