I have a £10 budget, for a man in his 30's who I don't know very well. Has an active lifestyle, likes things like activity holidays, goes running, and has a dog. That's all I know! Please help otherwise I will have to resort to a crappy mug with a slogan on it.

Nice water bottle would be much better than mug, as they need replacing from time to time.

I got some clip on flashing lights for running in a SS a few years ago that I really liked. You might also get a chest light for a tenner if you stalk the Black Friday sales although I've just looked at they seem to start at about £15.

A buff - or non branded version of one of the multi functional bands to be worn round your neck or ears, IMO you can't have too many if you run in the winter!
